Ariston One Stop Solution Services Now Closer to Serve Customers

After providing comfort to the Indonesian community through various innovative water heater products, Ariston Indonesia officially opens its first One Stop Solution Services store to bring comprehensive and sustainable comfort to every consumer.
The lifting of community activity restrictions (PPKM) provides an opportunity for people to resume face-to-face interactions. Ariston sees this as the right moment to enhance closeness with consumers through the availability of a location that allows in-person services to be conducted.
Furthermore, the Ariston One Stop Solution Services store located in the Glodok area of West Jakarta was inaugurated by Ariston's top officials. Among them were Emanuele Stano, Vice President of Ariston Group Asia, Erwin Lim, Managing Director of Ariston Indonesia, and other members of the management team.
The choice of Plaza Glodok as the location for the Ariston One Stop Solution Services store is considered strategic, considering Ariston's target demographic and the centralized location for electronic and sanitary device searches in the Pinangsia area, particularly household appliances. By offering a complete service experience, this Ariston store is expected to become a solution for various consumer service needs.
Restrictions during the pandemic have limited consumers to online services. Although it is effective in reaching a larger number of consumers from various regions, online services have not been able to fulfill fundamental aspects of customer service, such as building good relationships and trust with customers.
Customers perceive that face-to-face service is one aspect that can enhance their trust in a brand. Ariston capitalizes on this by creating an optimal face-to-face experience, from a professional customer service team to store designs that provide a comfortable visit for customers.

Embracing sustainable design, the Ariston One Stop Solution Services store consists of five floors, each with its own function, ranging from consultation to device repair and service. The design on the first floor, dominated by wooden accents, aims to provide a modern tropical impression. The combination of red, white, and gray colors is also incorporated to strengthen the Ariston identity and create a comfortable and warm atmosphere when customers first enter the room.
"This store has been designed to provide comprehensive services, starting from the available consultation on the first floor, office and service areas on the second and third floors, and dedicated training areas on the fourth floor for technicians. That's why this store is called the One Stop Solution Services because all consumer needs are available here," explained Danu.
