Terms and Conditions of the Free Trial Program:

1. This program is valid for participants residing in the Jabodetabek area.
2. The product used in this program is the ARISTON 15L capacity (350 Watt) product.
3. Registration period is until December 31, 2020, with installation taking place in January 2021.
4. The trial period for Ariston products lasts for 1 month.
5. After the trial period ends, participants will have the option to continue using the product by purchasing it at the applicable market price or to terminate the trial.
6. Ariston reserves the right to validate participants to determine eligibility for this program. Eligible participants will be contacted by Ariston for further processes.
7. The installation will be in the form of temporary installation, without using hot and cold water piping. An example is shown in the following image.

8. All installation and dismantling costs for Ariston products will be covered by Ariston (excluding the installation of hot and cold water piping).
9. Participants who join this program must sign an agreement document provided during product installation and pay a transportation installation fee of 100,000 Indonesian Rupiah.
10. By participating in this promotion, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all terms and conditions, including any changes that may occur. You also grant consent and authorization to PT. Ariston Thermo Indonesia ("Ariston"), its affiliates, and third parties appointed by Ariston to collect, process, and/or disclose the data you provide in this promotion for Ariston's purposes.
11. Ariston reserves the right to take necessary actions, such as canceling benefits, if any transactions are found to violate the terms and conditions of this promotion.
