The Points System Explained

The scheme operates on a point system. A member will be awarded one Rand for every two points they earn through the myAriston Rewards Programme. Currently, each product has a points value of either 75, 150 or 500. For example, purchasing an electric geyser with a capacity of 50 to 150 litres will earn you 75 points, while the larger 200 and 250 litres models qualify for 150 points. The Andris Lux product range, all heat pumps and solar collectors will each add 150 points to your score. The newly launched Gas water heater range gives you 500 points per product installed.

Once you have accumulated your first thousand points, you will receive your rewards card, preloaded with R500. After that, the myAriston Rewards Programme will add another R500 for each additional thousand points you collect. Members use the card at any Visa or Mastercard outlet. The card has a maximum limit of R25 000, however, once cash is loaded on your card, it will never expire, and you can always check your points or card balance online or with your cellphone.
